Hello, I'm new and I want to ask can some one of you make a Biohazard skin, there is a cursor and a bootskin but there is no skin please some one make one.

Try looking up Biad. I can't remember who did it. Your could also take a look at I.R. Brainiac's skins for the Rogue series. There's at least one green version that works.
