Anyone not able to download v1.3 Beta?

Is anyone having problems downloading v1.3 Beta? It says on the main Gal Civ 2 page that you have to download it through Stardock Central and need your serial #. The problem for me is that i don't even have an option to do that. It only let me download tutorials and other crap that's not needed. Can anyone let me know how they downloaded it through Stardock Central? On friday night (Australian time) i thought it was just too early to download it but now that it is Sunday night it is still not available. Cheers.

OK at the bottom of the SDC you will see the following: -

Please make sure you have the 'show pre-release versions' check box ticked. You should then be able to download the Beta.
