Where can I download it?

Hi, I started using windowblinds back in v4, and when WB5 came out, I downloaded the trial. However, it just expired and I want to continue using the program! Because I don't want to buy v5, I was wondering if there was a way I could download the free version of WB4. The older version won't keep me from using the skin I was currently using, because it doesn't require per pixel shading or anything special.

So, is there any way for me to download the free version (not enhanced) of WB4? There has to be a way to download it, to let people with Windows 2000 and lower use Windowblinds.

The only possible option I can think of is to install Stardock Central and see if the "WindowBlinds 4 is available under the "Demo" section. Note - this may or may not have a time limit if available.

As far as the version for Windows 2000 and previous goes, you can download that here https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/download.asp - just click the "WindowBlinds Classic" link in upper text. Note - this will only work on those earlier versions of Windows and will stop the installation process if attempting to install on XP.

The other option is of course to purchase Object Desktop, which will currently allow you to download and install WB 4.6 via Stardock Central for XP.

When I used WB4, after the trial ended, the program still worked fine and I didnt lose the skinning capability. The only reason I want to download WB4 is because in WB5, the program refuses to skin anything once the trial ends.

Doesn't Stardock Central cost money as well? I'll check it out.
