Help!!!

Okay, this might sounds like the dumbest question ever... but here it goes.

I want to use one of the Themes in the Gallery but when i down load it i don't know how to open it so i can use the theme...

I had the same problem with the cool cursers untill i downloaded the CurserXp.
What program do i need to download to use the Themes?

Go to the gallery you download the theme from, in the description at top will be a link for software needed for that theme.
