Domestic Policy Economics screen - suggestion

I know it's a little late for suggestions for the release version, but maybe for 1.1??

I would like for the economic screen to contain a breakdown of tribute per race. In my current game, I have four races paying me tribute, for various lenghts of time. It would be nice to be able to see what race pays how much per month, and for how many months.

Just for good measure, I should add that this feature would be nice to have on the expenses side, too. I.e. a breakdown of the tribute you are paying by race and showing how many months are left of that tribute.
