Can't Install Any Themes :'(

Help

I've just finished setting up my laptop, i put Service Pack 2 on but now I cannot install any themes using WindowsBlinds. When I try to load WindowBlinds, it tells me to change my theme using the Appearence tab then closes, when I go to the appearence tab I can only choose the WindowsXP theme or Windows Classic theme.

I tried to run a patch to change the UXTheme.dll but no luck.

I'm running Windows XP Home with Service Pack 2 installed.

To use a Windowblinds theme you must install the Windowbllinds program. If it's installed there should be a Windowblinds button on the appearance tab to open the config page. It does not hack UXTheme.dll That's StyleXP
You can find the Windowblinds Trial program and others on the Software Tab at the top of the page or at Stardock.com

Edit: you may have a problem where XP SP2 changes the .wba extension to .zip when you download a Windowblind via Internet Explorer. One way to fix that is to use a different Web browser (I use Opera) Firefox, Netscape etc. any will correcttly download the file. The other option is to right click and choose "Save Target As" and then you need to know what the proper extension would be (.wba for a Windowblind)

The theme you installing probably won't work on version 4. The fact that you have no Windowblinds button makes me think you should probably uninstall/reinstall the Windowblinds program.

It does work on version 4, one of my other computers has the same theme running and works well.

So far, this is as far as i've managed to get from the skin:

Its okay, got it working... i used System Restore to go back to before i put Service Pack 2 on, then skinned it, yet programs that need SP2 still work =/ so its all good.

Here are some screenshots of my finished windows setup:
