What is the definition of an "Office of Profit"?

And why can't both the Judge and the Doctor occupy an Office of Profit? Is there only one, and it must be shared amongst all the various leaders of the various professional societies?

Once again the Congress Party is creating issues of of non issues. For the past 50 years or so there was no controversy over this particular featutre viz the "definition of an office of profit". But Congressmen in their eagerness to fawn at the white feet of Sonia-ji tried to get Jaya Bachan out of the Parliament and stireed the Election Commission to act against her. But the fools did not realise that the same trouble that they had created for Jaya will haunt that devil who leads them. If India votes for a criminal party like the Congress they get such non issues as political problems.
