Modding ethical bonuses

How do you do it?

Okay, good civ bonuses aren't great so I want to make them more powerful. Where is the ethical bonuses located at and how do I change them?

It is a "tech" so look in the tech tree!

For the random events look in Events.xml.
For the building bonuses look in PlanetImprovements.xml.
You will also find some in TechTree.xml in the entries just after Xeno Ethics.

But where to look for the core ethic bonuses? For example, Neutral getting all tiles available and a morale bonus?
