Installation Failing

After I have downloaded and installed Windows Blinds, I go and reboot my computer as directed. After the reboot, I get this message saying that the machine must be rebooted before the program will work. After numerous reboots, I still keep getting that message. I have tried disabling anti/spyware programs and such, and then reinstalling. But nothing that I have tried has seemed to work. What do I need to do?

Did you have a previous version installed?
How many times have you downloaded and installed?
What AV/F-wall? Some AV still leave something running even when turned off.
Is this a trial or paid?
After you reboot and it starts working = go into configuration, click system information on the left and copy/paste all the info that shows up (the whole page) back here.

I have the same problem when i try to restore an archived version of wb5.
However i have never had the problem when i download/install a "new" version with SDCentral.
