How to change some nasty background colors?

I'd like to change a background color on the skin I'm using (Smoothblue 1.0) and I'm not sure what value I'm supposed to change. Screenshot I managed to change a piece of it in Classic Colors -> Window -> Background MDI (the preview pane part) but the ugly mustard green-gray is still there. The same color is used as a line under the menu toolbar (on things like explorer and firefox).

Where in skinstudio could I adjust that color?

Ahh, ok. I was wondering about that, since the color looked about the same. Funny thing is, the part that I was able to change kept reverting itself.
