Icon in system tray appears, but dock does not ...

Well, I've been using OD+ for a long while now, but I've recently encountered a slight problem. On startup (or following the execution of OD) the OD icon appears in the system tray, but the dock does not appear. In addition, my desktop (and other programs)occasionally freeze while waiting for the program to do something, despite the fact that the process is using no CPU cycles and little memory.

On one occasion, after about 5 minutes, it finally loaded, however this is usually not the case. This has happened only recently meaning my graphics drivers and such are not the issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but to no avail. Oddly enough, this happened on both versions 1.2 and 1.3.

If anybody could help, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Phew. I figured out the problem: I had a link on the dock pointing directly to another computer on my network, which happened to be off during the times this problem occured. When I turned on that computer, the dock began to behave normally. Sorry about the quick post above; please disregard it.
