How can i see which planets i can colonize?

How do i know which of the planets i can see is currently capable of being colonized with my colony ship?

Currently i just keep visiting them all until colonizing starts.

Hold the mouse over the planets to find out their class number. Anything above a 0 can be colonized, though you want to go for the best ones first before you start colonizing anything at 7 or less.

If the planet has a race symbol in the lower left corner, it is already inhabited and can't be colonized.

Class 0 planets are shown by a thin white circle filled with black; the thicker the white, the better the planet is. The really good planets are almost solid white.

Also, if you click on the star, you'll get info on how many inhabitable planets it has and how many are already colonised (and by whom)

1 quick way to see if the system has any colonizable planets, is once you see the sun, and you click on the sun- it will tell you how many planets are colonizeable and inhabited. that way, if you don't see all the planets orbiting the sun, at least you can know whether to look for that inhabitable planet or move onto the next system

And you can normaly see just by looking that it's colonisable, the high class ones look like Earth
