Problem Downloading

Im having a problem downloading WindowBlinds file from the WindowBlinds section. After clicking download, it just refreshes the page, nothing else happens. Can anyone help me, maybe im doing something wrong?

Don't know if it will help, but try RIGHT clicking on link and choosing save file and pick a location on your hard drive where you know how to find it. Hopefully that will start the download and if so, when it's done double click on the file you saved and it will run and install the program.
