Trial or paid? Trial has some limitations.
Is any of it changing? Some of the limitations are listed here: https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp

Open WB configuration, click system information on the left, and copy/paste everything here.

This is a download. Not sure about limitations though. It didn't say it would have any. Would it have anything to do with registration?

The trial limitations are outlined at the link I provided.

I think it would work if I had a serial number, the way im trying to change sikins is throgh properties. I need a serial.

This would be easier on some messenger thing, like MSN.

al.

Doesn't matter how you're trying to apply skins at this point. Right clicking the tray icon, choosing WB Configuration, clicking 'system information' and copying/pasting that info here is useful to resolving issues.

The shareware (trial version) doesn't accept serial numbers. When you purchase WB, you are sent a serial and a link to download the paid version.

If you want a serial, best bet is follow Fuzzy's logic.
If/when you purchase WB and get your legitimate, guaranteed to work, serial = you will want to make sure the version you now have installed has been uninstalled and all traces have been completely wiped from your system prior to installing the paid version.

Warning! Inputting a serial number in a cracked version could possibly maybe cause your computer system to implode!!
