Ship Movement

I would love for there to be an option where when I click on a ship in the main map area, it would show that ships destination. I know you can do it on the mini map but that map is too small and it is frustrating trying to figure out what is going where. When you get a lot of ships going to and fro, it is sometimes hard to remember what is going where.

In the latest version the ship path is shown as a line on the main map with a small circle showing the final destination. You can see this line at all zoom level for the selected ship. If you have a high enough espionage level you can even see the AI's movement and plan your ambushes   

The ship window also tells you where it going to, either by co-ordinates or way point.

...Except that the line for Terran ships (dark blue color) is impossible to see at higher zoom levels. If you have a dark "race" color, watch out for that.

I thought I had the latest version. I just bought the game a couple of weeks ago and updated it when I installed it. Is this an option that you have to turn on? Thanks for your help.

latest version is 1.2 and can be found in the interface menu, fourth check box down on the left.. "show Auto-pilot lines"

I assumed it was checked on by default..

The path was added in v1.1, the retail version is v1.0, and the latest version is v1.2. What version are you playing?
