How do you Install Windowblinds??

Hi... I just downloaded a few Windowblinds..and I don't really have a clue how to get them ON to my computer so that they work

i've been lookin around on the site, and I can't seem to find anything about how to install them.. Can someone help me??

Do you have WindowBlinds the progam installed, if not click the software tab.
