How should I distribute bootskins in my network?

I would like to use bootskin on our school's Windows 2000 PCs and was wondering what the best/approved way to distribute it would be.
Ideally I would be able to use a MSI file that contains the school's theme only or just copy over the needed files in the $OEM$ section of my RIS image.
I'm not really interested in going around to 40 computers and installing it. Mainly because of the time needed but I also don't want the kids changing it to something not releated to the school.
