I use this little color picker all the time, have done for a long time. It's called "Pixie", and it's made by Nattyware. Get it, you will find it really useful in your skinning and designing. And it's FREE!!

Too bad it's so hard to find colorpad these days.  That's a great app.  I'd post a link, but I don't know where it is.  Someone around here does though

skinnables.org has a few versions of colorpad in the archive. I think I might have one or two myself.

Been using Pixie for a few years..and love it! A must have for anyone working with graphics!
