My Sroll bars do not get the skin.

they change color, but the plainness is killing me

trial version?
trial doesn't skin scroll bars.

Or if your not using a trial version make sure you have scroll bars checked off in the Basic Settings ( Skin Advanced Controls )in your WB Config.
