I have WindowBlinds installed on my computer that has no internet connection. Is it possible to install the beta version on this machine? How do I get it there? I find no option to just download an installer.

You need to install SDC on an internet-enabled PC to download the beta. You need to install SDC on the non-connected PC.

From there I believe you could archive the beta copy the archive to the non-connected PC and restore. I think you would have to copy over the sig.bin file to the WB directory too.

If that works . . You're welcome. If not . . a better answer may come along later.

Thanks for the reply. That was my thought as well. It doesn't seem to want to let me fully install SDC on the computer without internet. It keeps trying to go tothe net and won't go any further.

Does it give you an option to work offline?

I'm thinking I read somewhere the sig.bin was computer specific (I could be wrong).
I believe if you email support, they will send you an email with what's needed for registration on a non-internet system.

no option to work offline. I have the software installed on the PC with no interenet. I'm tring to find a beta that I can install without using SDC as SDC won't work without internet..or so it seems. Thanks anyway
