Themes won't apply fully

I downloaded the nVidia XP Theme. I tried to apply it, and it did most of it, but it did not change my start menu or my taskbar... Does anyone know how to fix this?

Paid or trial of WindowBlinds?

Trial has some limitations.

If it's WB5, open WB configuration, click sytem information and copy/paste that info here.

also, make sure you don't have it set to always use XP default taskbar in User Overrides.

right click the system tray
may not work with trial, may also not have system info (not sure, never used trial)

did you check your settings?

For the start menu, do you have it set to use Classic Start menu in Windows settings, right click taskbar, properties, start menu tab, if is set to Classic Start menu switch to Start menu.

It was set not set to the classic Start Menu.

I got it working, I had to download the newest version of WindowBlinds. I was using a really old one before.
