info warfare bugged

Just realized that using info warfare is not quite as effective as i thought. If you lose, which often you do when you chose it, after the battle the defender gets the defectors back. (resurrected)

Half the reason i love the idea of info war, was that you're using his guys to kill even more of his. (and killing the defectors.)

So now i find it's a toss up when attacking a 20B+ planet with mediocre morale wheather to send in the 1st transport using info-war, or to just go with mini-soldiers.

Also i've found tidal-disruption is piss-poor. For all the damage it does, you really should get a better advantage. (like wiping out a 25% of the population right off the bat from the freaking tidal waves !!!)

info war = You use it to gain 1- ~ unhappy citizens

it adds somewhat to the advantage factor, but not alot. i like it only because it helps you recruit soldiers without wasting population. Mini-soldiers however just plain pwn

info warfare doesn't add to your advantage factor, but the attacker always has a better advantage.

i've modded in two new invasion tactics for good and evil, "conversion campaign" (better version of info war, 60-90%, and gives a modest attacker boots) and "terror tactics" (boosts attacker value and lowers defender value).

info warfare is my fav because it won't destroy some of the improvements on the planet unlike say mass drivers (HUGE ADVANTAGE) but destroys a lot of the stuff on it
