Help a noob out plzz

Hi i just got started and ive seen a lot of cool things here. Can someone tell me how to change my taskbar and desktop. Ive seen ppl with cool designs on this site but i dont know how to do everything.

Try clicking on the software tab at the top of this page to see the different programs to choose from.

The best program to start with is Windowblinds. There's a whole lot more depending on how far you want to go, but Windowblinds is almost a necessity.

You'll want choose the "Software" tab at the top of the page or you can go to the Gallery and each type of Skin will have a link to the associated program. Have fun.

Well..you will need the programs/software.... you can DL the trials here https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx..the DL the themes/files that are associated with the programs you install ...piece of cake!

if you have any trouble just post..there are a few people here that will be mopre than glad to help...
