Ok, first off, you need to purchase all of those products from Stardock in order for your downloads to work. Now, about extraction, right-click your zip files>then click Extract. There are two options, one to extract to the location where the zip is located, or one to choose were you want to move the extracted files to. Once you have extracted, open your ObjectDock main folder. In this folder there will several other folder, take your extracted folder and put it into the folder labeled Backgrounds. Once this is done, you are able to change your dock background. For CursorXP, you extract the same as before, but you take your extracted file and put it into the Themes Folder under your main CursorXP folder. The same is for suites. As far as the other stuff, well, that is asking a lot, you should try one post at a time. Goodluck

Now here this Tim Hawkins, you need to read Corky_O's tutorials on ObjectDock. This is not a request but a requirement. Link below.

Actually:

both CursorXP and Object Dock have a free version.
CursorXP files should download as: "whatevername.CurXPTheme" - if it downloads as a .zip look inside and see if you have one or more .CurXPTheme inside.  If so, it is a .zip and needs to be unzipped.  If it's a bunch of graphics and .ini and such, rename the extension to .CurXPTheme and double click it.

Object Dock (free or plus) = yeah, head to Corky O's via the link above.
