Ok i downloaded spuntnik.suite a desktop item and i dont know where to put it to get it into effect to work or do i have to download something to get it to work right?

Yes you do. theme manager, windowblinds, Iconpackager,desktopx and a few others...
these must be downloaded and installed from stardock.com .this will get you started...Good Luck.....

You might want to get the following from Koasati's link:

- LogonStudio (Skins the Welcome Screen)
- CursorXP (Applies a mouse pointer theme)
- Sysmetrix (This is a system monitor - Trash, E-mail, CPU usage, Memory usage, Disk space, etc.)

you need to read the suites description to see what's included.
for each part you want to be able to use, you will need the appropriate software from the link above.

the individual component galleries have a description box at each page. the box also includes links to get software.
