[HELP] windowblinds 48x48 start menu not align correctly

hello, my first post!! yay!!. been a lurker here for a few weeks.
so i decided to give this windows xp vista mock up look a try and found one i like. my problem arises when i apply the theme in 48x48. the menu system is not aligned and words get cut off. everything is ok with 32x32. this is the same thing that occurs when i try other 48x48 themes in general, so its not just this theme.
i appreciate all help!!! TIA!!
