turning off user pics

Can someone tell me how to turn off the user pics on the

Start menu???

i am not sure, but i think you have to edit the windowblinds skin to remove the user icon.

WB configuration - setting = it's either in basic (maybe) or user overrides (more likely) == there's an option to check to use user pics (uncheck for no pic)
