Installing on a laptop without internet connection

Hi

I just purchased the game today (digital download) and I'm wondering if I can install the game on a laptop I use. It doesn't have an internet connection. Can I burn the downloaded files, stardock central and patches onto a dvd and install on the laptop? Any help would be appreciated.
