Other Programs in Use

Ok, so When I go to delete the pictured icon on my desktop that I used in my star dock, it tells me that it's in use by another program. Does anyone know how I can delete this picture?

by 'used in my star dock' do you mean object dock?

first delete the shortcut or change the image of whatever is using the picture you want to delete, then delete the picture.
