Text in Non Tabbed Dock

Hi - love the program - I have a problem and can't seem to find the answer in the forums.

I can turn Text on under the icons in the Tabbed Dock - but I cannot seem to Turn Text on for icons in Other Docks.

Another issue is I have added a shortcut for IE - however when I have one browser window open - clicking it a second time just shows the original. Is there a way to turn on for an individual shortcut that it should ignore the 'When Shortcut is run if it is already running bring it to the foreground only' option - or is this a global setting?

Standard docks don't have this option.
