Working with MS-SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager

I have a problem with windowsblinds and ms-sql enterprise manager.
If i start the enterprise manager everthings seems to be ok.
But if i open a table in design mode, the icon bar above the table window gets not activated, when the ms-sql enterprise manager is opened in maximized window mode. After i open another window and let the screen to be refreshed the taksbar gets activated.
Why have i to open another window to activate the icon bar in ms-sql enterprise manager for editing tables (icon bar above the table window)?

Have anyone a solution for this problem?

I have no idea how to fix it but, I use SQL Server Mgmnt Studio (for SQL 2005) and it skins and works very nicely without any glithces that I noticed. If you don't find a solution to your problem might I suggest downloading SQL Server Express Mgmnt Studio (free), which will handle your SQL 2000 databases in much the same way and handle WB properly. It is a much nicer looking piece of software, too.
