Cannot get wincustomize browser to work

I am having a problem with my wincustomize browser. When I try to open it, I get a pop-up saying "this application has failed to start because wcfiles.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". I have re-installed this application 3 times! Does anyone know what could be causing this, and how can it be fixed? Thanks for any help.

Re-install SDC http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe

Well I re-downloaded Stardock Central. That didn't help. Do I need to uninstall the wincustomize browser, then re-install?

can't hurt at this point.

unless you have an archived version and wanna try a roll back, then update first.
