1. I just started to use compact windowblinds because i like a small start menu but when i use it i can still see the first letter for like my documents and stuff...can i get rid of it? Also is there a way to make the start menu even smaller (not as tall)? 2. I recently saw the yahoo widget called the 'Zipper' i was interested with it but i dont really want to d/l the that program when i have desktopX...so is it possible to do with DesktopX? if so how? -THANKS

The height is determined by how much you have set to show in the start panel. Go to Control Panel/ Taskbar and Start Menu and look through the settings to remove thing from the Start Panel.

To lose the first letter text you have to adjust the right content margin for the places list image accordingly using Skinstudio.

as i sayed before i dont want to d/l the 'Yahoo! Widget Engine' just to use theis single widget especially when i already have desktopX
