Window Blinds constantly wanting a reboot.

I disabled all antispyware and antivirus, but I still get asked to reboot after rebooting from a install of window blinds 5.1.
I am running windows one care. this is a first as far as a problem. I have loaded this before with windows one care, but it is now giving me a hard time.
