Text on Tabs but not on Icons?

Hi all,

I was wondering if it was possible to keep the text on my tabs but make it so it does the rollover for text on the icons. Whenever I turn on rollover mode it turns the tabs on rollover mode too (leaving me with a very beautiful row of little blank tabs).
