Tech Tree Bug

Apologize if this is posted already, but I am playing a Large Galaxy. The last several turns the Tech Tree pops up at the end of every turn despite the fact that research is not completed. I have save game is you need it.

You should send any saved games with repeatable bugs/ problems to Stardock along with an explaination of what went wrong. You need to send both the XXX.sav file and the XXX directory (zip it).
