Wont Change Theme

hey guys i have window blinds 5 and when ever i change themes it lags hard and ive left it for hours and it still doesn't load the task bar etc so i unistaled it then reinstalled and changed it back to the normal xp theme but it wont let me it keeps changing it back to classic windows theme
