Traybar isnt working...

Hi,
Hijackthis broke my windowsblinds, then, i reinstalled it, but now i have some weird problem.
On most of the skins, the tray icon bar doesnt work;
then, i take another skin, kill explorer.exe, and restart it, it does show it on another skin.
But, it doesnt get shown on 9/10 skins... anyone know what the problem is?
