Cari,

I don't know if this has anything to do with the trap, so take it for what it is worth, but there is one thing odd about this game that I can think of. An event describing a "new race" being discovered occured, but I have been unable to find the planet "hoth" that the race is supposed to be on, but there are two stars in a sector I have yet to explore so they could be there.

I can't think of anything else about this game that might be unusual.
