Javascript problem

My java script has stopped working (not sure if this has to do with the recent d/l of desktopX) and i was wondering where i cand find some sort of d/l to help me...anyone?

at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash there is no option to d/l and there is no pop up for me...

...just as i expected java script does not work after i restarted the comp...hotmail does not work either(only a blank screen is shown)...any solutions??

when i go to windows.com it says that i need Marcomedia Flash player but when i go to the link to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash there is no d/l popup and no alert at the top...

Go here: http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ see what it says you have installed. Then go here: http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_ie.jsp?begindownload=true and update Java.

I d/l the Java update and now it says i have the latest java version but my javascripts,my hotmail and flashplayer does not work...
