WB update deletes existing Per Application list - 5.01b[b].004

The WB update 5.01b[b].004 and the most recent previous WB update both wiped out my Per Application list. After updating, there were no Per Application entries aside from Skin Studio, which appears by default.

That also happened to me.5.10 works fine but both updates did not,also with the Icon Packager update. Oh well.

Yea. The last two WB updates has deleted my per application lists as well.
