Why doesn't previous ship designs from the main game not show up in the metaverse games?

Ship difficulties can't find any of the ships in the .xml files..

I made dosens of ships in the game that does not play for metaverse scoring and the ships are still there in the main game (single player) how can I make it so these ships show up in the metaverse scoring games as well..

I know that there must be some files attached to my custom ships...and that they should be in the metaverse games without me having to transfer them over in the .xml files...

need an easy solution to this annnoyance..

Technology is great it allowed us to increase our sensor range again to the point where we can almost see what is going on in that person's house on the otherside of the Galaxy..

i found that the custom ships are saved in two different areas, Depending on what part of the game you are currently playing . one for metaverse , the other area for other parts of the game i guess. i only played metaverse so i dont know exactly.

The ship files are in mydocuments/maygames/galciv. The non metaverse ships are in the ships folder and the metaverse ships are in a ships folder in the metaverse folder.

They are kept separate to keep modded ships out of metaverse, I suppose. You can copy the files from one folder to the other to have them in all games
