ive down loaded the plasmatron theme but i cant find the installer or how to use it?!!!!!!!!???

please no geeky answers just step by step thank you

Every Gallery has a Description box that has a link to software if needed.

This one: Link is the WindowBlinds skin. You need WindowBlinds installed. There's a link in the Description box on the page I linked to, or you can click the software tab at the top of any page at Wincustomize.

There rest of the Plasmatron items are Widgets and require DesktopX installed to work.

After Windowblinds is installed, you can just double click the .wba file and it will self install.
