just need some help of those geeks that are active in this forum!

how do i install the RainLendar zip files which i have downloaded here at wincustomize.com?????
can anyone of you give me a tutorial about this????



and what are this programs called kapsules, sysmetrix, beatnik, and nextstart???
does this programs enhanced my desktop?????
can anyone help me???

well, I may not be a geek...wait....yes I am... Let me see what I can figure out. I'm no expert...

Should be able to open the rainlendar program add skins open to where the skins are you downloaded and select it...should work

Kapsules... You know...Hell if I know..it will say in a description box near the top of the gallery page for them..

sysmetrix includes monitoring anything from time and date to news, weather, email, ram, hard drives and so on...

beatnik.. see Kapsules

Nextstart, see beatnik

lol guess times are a changing. Dem Dar use to be fighting words. Now it is acceptable. You know, back in the day when you could get a pack of ciggs for a dollar.

Shows your youth....this old fart can remember being able to get 'em for 2 and 6 pence, about 25 cents for a pack of 20. Gone are the days, can't buy a pack of matches for that now.

I dunno, geek/nerd isn't so bad these days (thanks to MajorGeeks.com, PC's and Revenge of the Nerds ) When I was a lad, a geek was a book worm (no PC's, the abacus was not long invented) who geeked out from behind ultra thick glasses and refused to play sports, join in with the rest of the boys. These individuals were often the target of gum in the hair, shoe laces ties together under the desk and sabotaged school lunches, etc. Even the girls favouring the rugged sporty, and/or miscievous types used to dish it out to these poor individuals.

Thank goodness times have changed...I wear glasses for reading and have my head in a book/my PC alot nowadays.

Do you have Rainlendar the program installed? Link
if you do, the unzip them to: C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins or wherever you installed it to.

Happy Birthday Incoherent....'twas my 53rd on the 20th, very quiet day tho, no party or celebration.

At 28 it's a lot easier to give up smoking than at 53....believe me. I tried twice in the last year or so....failed miserably and will have to wait for less stressful times to try again. For health and financial reasons/benifits, hopefully I succeed next time.

Not worried about loud noises....it's the total silence telling me something else was fatal.
