how do you create a caracter

i can't play on metaverse without caracter and can't see how to create one

Follow these steps...

1. go to http://metaverse.galciv2.com
2. log in
3. go to the 'Accounts' menu at the top
4. click 'Edit my characters'
5. click 'Add Player' button

The rest should be straightforward.

The forum search will also help you with questions surrounding the website and the game. I would reccomend running a search for any questions you might have.
