Can I run Object Desktop, curser XP, etc. for 2 different users on my computer?

I had an issue while running Object Desktop for 2 different users. Window blind won't work on the first user after using on the second. is there a confict? how do I fix. I am currently uninstalling everything. It keeps freezing up.

I've had no issues running any of the programs on multiple accounts.

Is it just WB giving you fits?
