No Alliance Option?

Don't be so agressive. If you invade lots of people, of course they're going to start thinking about allying against you.

Is there any way to make a game where all the AI opponents won't form 1 big massive alliance against you?

Never happened to me before. Then again, I don't tend to start wars of aggression; I end them

At least, not until the "I've already won" phase, where I can choose to end the game in any fashion I desire.

I hate alliances i have never finished a Military Conquest game because i always have an Aliance with someone and it screws me

You can always break the alliance, you know. They are not written in stone.

Well there's that, and maybe your ethics have something to do with it? The good & evil races team up.

Good races are particularly annoying with this, they seem to think that just because they let their people control them, killing and torturing minions is banned from the galaxy.

If you don't want to attract too much attention (as well as cripple your opponents' military), you may want to pay people to start wars elsewhere. It's easier with the ones foolish enough to call you friend who aren't too powerful.
