Well I've uninstalled both sdcentral and wincustomize browser a few times, I'm running windowsxp sp2. I thought doing so would fix my problem without pestering you good people for help, but no such luck. Here is the problem and it started the night of may 15, 2006. Every new skin that is in the vewing area of the wincustomize browser has a gray thumb nail pic like it's a broken graphic and when I dubble click on it to open it in a bigger screen (I have it set up to do that in options) I get this cute little rectangle with a red x to the left inside of box, again like a broken picture. Is there something I'm missing, a setting maybe or is there something realy wrong with my computer and need to format an reinstall windows and start fresh? Thank everyone for your help. Roger

Same here... and it's really annoying !!

I'm using version 1.30.005 of WCTray.
A few weeks ago it started messing up : At first it started being slower and slower when I open the preview window, sucking up to 100% of my resources for at least 1 minute before showing anything, and the tray icon wouldn't blink anymore when updates are found.
Then it started crashing more and more often...
Now it won't display ANY thumbnail for new additions.

I am using version 2.00.021 of WinCustomize Browser, and I have also started getting the 'little gray rectangle' for thumbnails of new additions.

Same here. SDC Vers: 2.33.401 build 130. Win browser Vers: 2.00.021. Very annoying.

I'm guessing it is due to the servers here. Same reason for the time outs. I am guessing it will be resolved once the migration is complete.
