Breaking alliances with minor races

Is there a way to break alliances with minor races? I can't find a button anywhere, I know you break alliances with other major races in the relations tab, but I can't find a way to break alliances with minor races. Am I just being thick or is this a problem?

Yes. In the foreign screne, theres a check box you can click to break alliances and start trade embargoes.
