Cant Get More Themes To Logon Studio

what can i do? i cant import any logons to my logonstudio. When i try to import it "takes" the file but it doesnt appear on the list. ive tried to change the path and refreshing. What more can i do? Not Even a new installation helps!

if you're using IE, sometime the file extension messes up

I haven't used the 'import' - I use FireFox to download then either double click or right click open with

jeah ive tried to open the file right away but it never appears on the logons list
